General Manager of Otsuka Canada, Allison Rosenthal, is a seasoned and recognized leader in pharmaceuticals and healthcare products with over twenty years of experience in clinical research, marketing, sales, operations and business development. In addition to overseeing Otsuka’s operations linking internal and external stakeholders, she manages the company’s functional areas including market access, legal adherence and industry compliance. Currently, Allison sits on the Board of Directors of Canada's Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (Rx&D).
During 18 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada, Ms Rosenthal held positions of increasing responsibility achieving consistent and positive business results by growing brands beyond objectives, excelling in sales, and coaching new product managers. In all, she brings nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 13 years delivering consistent success in sales and marketing leadership roles. Underlying Allison’s professional success is her belief that “every moment is an opportunity to make an impact.” She maintains her drive and enthusiasm by putting customers first and respecting the fact that Otsuka Canada’s products are positively changing people’s lives.
Allison has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Anatomical Sciences and a Masters of Sciences degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology, both from McGill University of Montreal.
