At OCPI we feel it’s important to create a positive impact in the community by supporting local initiatives that make a difference.
Concern for people is one of Otsuka’s Cultural Values. We feel strongly about the importance of giving back and have woven it into the fabric of our organization. At Otsuka, employees are given an annual paid day so that they may volunteer their time to causes and charitable associations that are important to them.
In addition, we come together as a group once a year on Otsuka’s Community Volunteer Day to give back and support organizations in need. Our amazing employees can always be found walking, running or simply being active in the community in support of a variety of good causes. We know that any small act of kindness helps which is why employees donate personal care items for people who are living in shelters. And of course, like many, we use the holidays as a special opportunity to make the season a little brighter by participating in a gift drive which hopefully brings a smile to those less fortunate.
Volunteering has a positive impact on both those giving and those receiving. The Otsuka family is so happy to be able to give back.
